"My husband and I first encountered Precise Realty in 2017 when we were looking for a 2018 winter rental in the Sarasota area. Our 5-week winter rental was at a great home in a great location complete with 5-star service on all counts from Precise Realty.
At that time we decided we wanted to explore purchasing a home in the area. Jennifer and her team took us around many times during our 2018 visit to look at the homes which met our criteria. This was a great learning experience for us. Through our outings with them we were able to narrow down the areas we liked most.
