Michelle Carpenter has over 31 years of experience in the real estate business, encompassing everything from commercial and residential leasing, management and sales. In 1996, Michelle acquired her real estate broker’s license and created Carpenter & Company, Inc. In 2013, Precise Realty Corp was formed with Jennifer LeBlanc, a real estate firm based on providing sellers and buyers exceptional service from a highly competent real estate professional.
